CMS Call Recording Requirement

Starting October 1, 2022 The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) created a new requirement that all agents and brokers will need to record all sales calls with beneficiaries in their entirety including the enrollment process. The recordings then must be retained for 10 years.
