In addition to your CASH+ Call Accounting software we offer a support and update program – Software Assurance Coverage.
Software Assurance Coverage is:

- 24/7 Support for Technical Emergencies
- Remote Online Training and Technical Support
- User Training Refresher
- 2 New Software Updates per year
As you are aware, new area codes are being introduced constantly. If you subscribe to our Software Assurance Coverage you will receive area code and location updates two times per year. Each upgrade will also include the newest program features and enhancements made to the CASH+ software. In addition to the latest features, your upgrade CD's will perform a routine maintenance to ensure a fast and trouble free operation. As well, you will have exclusive access to our email servers to send out your automated reports if you don't have your own.
You are entitled to free unlimited telephone support for a full year. This service is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! If the computer hosting the call management software has access to the internet, we offer support and training using our built in remote support option.
