As you may have heard, Mitel recently announced its decision to discontinue the OAISYS brand and product line for all non-Mitel platforms, including Avaya, ShoreTel, Toshiba and others. This end-of-life announcement has OAISYS customers facing the prospect of ongoing support challenges for a now obsolete call recording platform
