Distribution Policies:

To become an authorized CASH+ Call Accounting Software dealer simply purchase two copies of CASH+ (50-user license) which you can resell to any of your clients! We will in turn provide you with a third licensed copy for in-house use free of charge. You can enjoy the benefits of our call accounting features for your company and use the software as a training tool for your technical and sales staff.

Once your application has been approved and you are an authorized dealer, Hansen Software Corporation offers you a unique 60-day opportunity to replace existing call accounting solutions that your clients may no longer be satisfied with. We will provide your company with FREE copies of CASH+ to replace your client's current software. Simply purchase a one-year Total Care Package contract for each client at the retail cost listed on our Dealer Price List and your client will receive FREE new software and enjoy one full year of technical support and upgrades. This way, you will not have to deal with any client support issues as Hansen Software Corporation will provide the first line of support.


Referral Programs:

Hansen Software Corporation is dedicated to providing your valued customers with quality call accounting and our goal is to promote a long and financially rewarding relationship for all. To help with this, we have developed an Incentive Program based on referrals.

To earn your incentive, simply provide us with the business name, address, contact name and telephone number of any interested parties or businesses and let us do the rest!

We will contact the prospective client and provide them with information, live webinars, pricing and any other relevant materials which may help close the sale. We will be responsible for billing and collecting payment as well as providing help with the initial install and any technical support for each sale.

Hansen Software Corporation agrees to pay the referee the sum of $200.00 for each completed sale once the client has paid in full.


After Sales Service:

  • Assistance with installation by telephone or remote connection
  • Assistance with set up for interface (if required) and ensure calls are being received and posted to Property Management systems or Billing Programs (if applicable)
  • Provide telephone and remote training to all software administrators
  • Follow up call 2 - 3 weeks after install to offer assistance and answer questions
  • Advise when first year support is expired and provide support policy options including option to purchase our Total Care Package
  • Maintain database of information with all settings, issues, etc..
  • 24/7 Pager Service available for Emergency Support Calls
  • Data Analysis and consultation based on your client needs and questions

Annual Total Care Package:

After your client has been given the activation code for the software, they are entitled to one year unlimited technical support. We highly recommend that you encourage them to subscribe to our Total Care Package after expiry.

As you are aware, new area codes are being introduced constantly. Total Care subscribers are entitled to unlimited toll free telephone support for one full year and will receive a minimum of two area code/program enhancement upgrades over the course of the year.

CASH+ Ordering Procedures:

To order a licensed copy of our CASH+ Call Accounting Software for your client, simply complete our order form including all client information and fax it to our office at (250) 861-9177 or you may call us at 1-877-795-2274 and request to place a phone order.

After your order is received we will fax or e-mail a copy of the invoice, which confirms that the order is being processed. A shipping and handling fee will be added to all orders unless other arrangements have been previously agreed upon.

All orders will be shipped direct to you or the client (as specified) on the same day or on the next day for orders placed past 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. Please allow two days for delivery. Your package will include a product CD and other appropriate information.
If you are providing installation and training, our professional technical support staff are here to assist you.

When purchasing CASH+ your client automatically receives one year of unlimited training and technical support, which begins from the date of installation when the authorization code is provided. Three weeks following installation, your client will be contacted by one of our Customer Service Representatives who will offer assistance and training and answer any questions regarding the CASH+ software. At the end of the first year, the client will receive our support policy options and may choose to renew the Total Care Package.

All CASH+ orders are due and payable upon receipt. Payment may be made by check, VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Should an account be in arrears at the time of installation, CASH+ may be installed in DEMO mode until the account is current. Established dealers may apply for 30-day credit terms, which includes a credit card information field to support payment on invoices that are 30 days overdue.
