"The McNeill Group, recently purchased CASH+ call management services, and I wanted to just take a moment to tell you how valuable it has proven to be in just the first 3 months of use. We love the scheduled reports feature and have set reports delivered to all telephone sales staff and managers daily, weekly and monthly. We have instituted call volume incentives and the ability to reference and track individuals call volume compared to the group has proven to be a powerful motivator. We even discovered an ancillary benefit just the other day. We are a publisher’s representative firm and our reps call on many advertisers every day. Recently one of our publishing clients received a complaint from an advertiser charging that our rep did not contact them in a timely manner. While on the phone with our publishing client I was able to research the advertiser's phone number and identify the exact date, time, and length of the call that our rep placed. This sort of empirical data allowed us to maintain our good standing with this publishing client. So as much as we like the ability to track and monitor our reps activity, we really like the ability to defend their actions."
