In order to ensure ease of installation, we provide you with the ability to connect to one of our technicians online to assist with your CASH+ Call Accounting Software installation. Installation could not be simpler.

We also use the same method to provide technical support, training or any other assistance that may be required. The CASH+ computer must have internet access to do this. Contact Hansen Software to be sure one of our technicians are available to connect and then you will be directed to the online support tool which is built into your CASH+ software or by clicking the remote support link below. Either way, in seconds our technicians will be connected to your computer! Technical support has never been easier.

NOTE: When you click on this link it will prompt you to Run or Save our Remote Support program, click Run if you want to Run the Remote Support program or Save to save the Remote Support executable file to your computer. This will then prompt you that your computer will be remotely controlled by one of our support technicians. You will be notified by our support technicians which address to select from the list available. The support technician will then be able to remotely connect to your computer to troubleshoot and resolve any software issues you may be having.
