CASH+ Coster is now available as a Service!

Hansen Software Corporation, a leading call accounting software manufacturer is excited to announce their CASH+ Coster, used to process raw SMDR data, is now available as a service for many telephone systems with new ones being added every week!

What is a Service?
A service is a method to run a program independently of human inputs. Users aren’t required to turn Services on; they start the moment the computer is powered up. Users can’t turn services off.

A Service allows a computer program to run without requiring a user to turn it on, and it cannot be shut off. It simply runs invisible to the user and processes  the data so long as the computer is turned on. The computer doesn’t even have to be logged on! This new feature makes CASH+ a leader in the Call Management industry.

Furthermore, Services have an added security benefit. If you have the collection and processing service running on a server machine you don’t need to log the server in. This provides an added layer of security for network administrators.

Existing and new users can take advantage of this exciting new feature at any time. Existing clients with a support package can contact Hansen Software at 1.877.795.2274 for an upgrade or wait until your next scheduled upgrade. New users will receive this benefit automatically when they are installed.

CASH+ Announces micros/Fidelio IP Interface Certification!

Hansen Software’s CASH+ Call Accounting has completed IP interface certification process with micros/Fidelio.  We are very pleased to work with micros/Fidelio in order to provide hospitality customers with a much needed solution. We now can connect our call tracking software and their PM software Opera and Opera Express via IP. We still support RS-232 for those clients currently using CASH+ and Opera. All new installations will use the IP interface.  No more cables or comports required. Yeah!

CASH+ Call Accounting is compatible on all Nortel products and Avaya products!

With the change in hands of the Nortel Channel to the Avaya brand many CASH+ Call Accounting resellers are left wondering if our program is compatible with the Avaya suite of phone systems. 

CASH+ Call Accounting has been an Avaya DevConnect Partner for some time and has certification of compatibility on two of Avaya’s main phone systems. With the new changes between Nortel & Avaya, many of you may be starting to look at selling the Avaya suite of products. You have currently been selling or have sold in the past, the CASH+ Call Accounting software for you Nortel Systems.

 For the Avaya Systems you can also consider the CASH+ software as it is also certified by Avaya through the DevConnect program. Attached you will find a  link to the Avaya website which shows that CASH+ has in fact gone through the DevConnect certification process.

What is a Service?

Collecting call data from your phone switch is the most important aspect of Call Accounting. Without the data no reports can be generated. When the data collecting program is turned off accidently or the computer is logged off, you lose your data for the time that it’s down. Sometimes this can be hours other times days. Maintaining your collection system is vital. A Service allows a computer program to run without requiring a user to turn it on, and it cannot be shut off. Hansen Software Corporation announces development on interfacing to Cisco products, starting with Cisco Call Manager Express (CME)

KELOWNA, British Columbia Canada – Hansen Software Corporation, a leading call accounting software manufacturer is excited to announce their CASH+ Call Accounting now interfaces to Cisco’s UC500 phone switch. Hansen Software will soon undergo development to interface with the remaining Cisco PBX product line.

Doing extensive testing and development with a Hansen Software end user we were able to successfully collect data from the Cisco UC500 PBX and filter that data into the CASH+ Call Accounting software package. We are pleased to announce that we are ready to roll out CASH+ for any Cisco UC500 users.

Testing and development has already been scheduled for several more PBXs that Cisco carries. We are very confident and excited that we will be able those clients interoperability with CASH+ in the near future.

What is CommSource?
CommSource is where the Mitel and Inter-Tel partners purchase all their peripheral products, solutions and services. In order to be listed in their internal products price list you must be a preferred vendor and your products must undergo extensive testing by the manufacturer to become a preferred vendor. The partners are then provided very competitive pricing by purchasing through CommSource.

Hansen Software Corp has both the full CASH+ Call Accounting and the CASH+ Lite for hotels available through CommSource for purchase. Their clients still receive the same fantastic customer care & service as anyone else direct from Hansen Software.  In addition the pricing is very competitive for the Partners if they purchase through CommSource so they can pass on further savings to their clients.

Hansen Software support the CommSource partner by offering sales assistance from the beginning to the end. Brochures, information booklets by industry are available complimentary either in hard copy of PDF. In addition we will do one on one online Webinar’s with their clients to directly present the CASH+ Call Accounting software to them and make sure it is the best solution for them. The partners no longer have be concerned that they don’t know every little detail and feature of the CASH+ product because the sales team and Hansen Software will do the sales presentation for them and offer follow up calls. Once the software has been purchased, HSC will remotely install the software, train the client on the software, and setup & train their clients and follow up throughout the year to offer assistance. The CASH+ clients will have unlimited direct support to Hansen Software for a year.  Or as common with Mitel partners, they will sell 5 years of support up front!
