CASH+ has a New EZTime Reporting Module!

February 1st, 2011

When it comes to retirement homes RIF cards are used to open doors and allow access or disallow access. As well, RIF tags are used to know a patients location. We worked together with one of our phone vendors to have the tracking system send out data to our call management software. Hansen Software then analyzed this data and are pleased to announce that we have created reporting based on this information!

This allows our CASH+ call accounting software to send out reports on how long someone is in a given location. If a patient got into an area they are not allowed to be in, this will notify of that. Furthermore, all the staff have RIF tags on them and Hansen Software developed reporting that allow us to have an automatic, virtual time clock within the call tracking software. When they get on site the RIF tag is seen and when they leave the tag is no longer visible. We took the start and end times to know how long that person was on shift.

Hansen Software Giving Back

December 14th, 2010

Hansen Software Corporation is participating this year in several charites and acts of service contributions in their community. Some of our contributions have been to places such as Central Okanagan Hospice Association, Fireman’s Charity and Heart Fund.

A winter clothing drive has been established and proved to be very successful so far. An entire truck load of clothing for the homeless has been handed out and donated to the local Gospel Mission. There is one more truck load ready to go as well. In addition, staff and family of Hansen Software Corporation are participating in two days of service. The first being working in the kitchen at the local Gospel Mission to prepare a sit down Christmas Dinner for the regulars of the Mission. The second day will be working with the local Food Bank to distribute food hampers to families in need this holiday season.

CASH+ Coster is now available as a Service!

Hansen Software Corporation, a leading call accounting software manufacturer is excited to announce their CASH+ Coster, used to process raw SMDR data, is now available as a service for many telephone systems with new ones being added every week!

What is a Service?
A service is a method to run a program independently of human inputs. Users aren’t required to turn Services on; they start the moment the computer is powered up. Users can’t turn services off.

A Service allows a computer program to run without requiring a user to turn it on, and it cannot be shut off. It simply runs invisible to the user and processes  the data so long as the computer is turned on. The computer doesn’t even have to be logged on! This new feature makes CASH+ a leader in the Call Management industry.

Furthermore, Services have an added security benefit. If you have the collection and processing service running on a server machine you don’t need to log the server in. This provides an added layer of security for network administrators.

CASH+ Announces micros/Fidelio IP Interface Certification!

June 3rd, 2010

Hansen Software’s CASH+ Call Accounting has completed IP interface certification process with micros/Fidelio.  We are very pleased to work with micros/Fidelio in order to provide hospitality customers with a much needed solution. We now can connect our call tracking software and their PM software Opera and Opera Express via IP. We still support RS-232 for those clients currently using CASH+ and Opera. All new installations will use the IP interface.  No more cables or comports required. Yeah!

CASH+ Call Accounting is compatible on all Nortel products and Avaya products!

With the change in hands of the Nortel Channel to the Avaya brand many CASH+ Call Accounting resellers are left wondering if our program is compatible with the Avaya suite of phone systems. 

CASH+ Call Accounting has been an Avaya DevConnect Partner for some time and has certification of compatibility on two of Avaya’s main phone systems. With the new changes between Nortel & Avaya, many of you may be starting to look at selling the Avaya suite of products. You have currently been selling or have sold in the past, the CASH+ Call Accounting software for you Nortel Systems.
