If you are attempting to contact Hansen Software Corporation at this time and are having trouble getting through please bear with us. A massive fire has torn through the office building last night (Aug 1st). We are working to figure out a solution to get everything back online ASAP. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to get the phone system rerouted to staff cell phones. It looks as though our offices have been spared from the fire but we are unable to gain access to them to determin water or smoke damages. Currently there is no power, no gas, no communications abilities at this time. We thank you for your patience & support at this time and hope to be able to serve you with excellent customer service very soon! We are positive that we will be able to offer services again very soon.
