Hansen Software Corporation has been accepted into the Cisco Developer Network (CDN)

We are pleased to inform you that Hansen Software Corporation has been accepted into the Cisco Developer Network (CDN).

Cisco and Hansen Software Corporation will work together under Cisco Interoperability Verification Testing (IVT) for Cisco  CM 7, 8 and UCCMe.

Interoperability Verification Testing (IVT) program objective is to provide a verification that the registered Developer’s product (CASH+ Call Accounting) meet four specific criteria set out by Cisco.

Hansen Software Corporation is very pleased with its decesion to join the Cisco Developer Network Program. CASH+ Call Accounting is already compatible with the Cisco product however it is always preferrable to go through the correct certification processes in order to gain strength as a vendor in the call accounting software industry today.

At the end of this process CASH+ Call Accounting software will successfully integrate and scale as defined by Cisco design guides and Developer’s product specifications. CASH+ Call Accounting will also install and functionally operate/perform as indicated in collateral and specifications. This process will also prove that CASH+ Call Accounting Reporting Software can integrate successfully with Cisco products while not adversely affecting Cisco product operation or the integrated solution.

CASH+ Call Accounting always was & still is compatible with Nortel & Avaya

As was in the past, CASH+ Call Accounting software is still and will continue to be compatible with all Nortel and Avaya products. All older products are still supported as well, from Lucent to Norstar!

Companies using Avaya, Nortel or any other make of phone system can use CASH+ Call Accounting to generate a wide variety of reports. CASH+ Call Accounting software is compatible with IP connection phone system as well as the traditional serial connection.

CASH+ Call Accounting now interfacing to property management systems via IP

Hansen Software Corporation, a leading call accounting manufacturer today announced that its CASH+ Call Accounting software will now connect to any brand of Property Management system via IP Connection. The call accounting interface was just recently released and will allow a connection to be made via IP rather than the traditional serial cable connection or Write to File connection.

The new call accounting interface will run as a service which will allow users to log off the computer and keep the interface between the two programs going. By running the IP connection as a service users are less likely to accidently turn off the interface as well.

Hansen Software has added a great new feature to its CASH+ Call Accounting Software!

Included is a screen shot and visual explanation of the new feature. Previously available in the CASH+ Call Accounting Reports was the ability to schedule reports to arrive automatically via Email, Printer or to a File on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly schedule. We have now added the ability to send out reports every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes or at any intravel (in minutes) that you like throughout the day.

Any current users of the CASH+ Call Accounting software may be eligible for this free upgrade if they subscribe to our Yearly Total Care Support Package, also knows as TCP, please call us and we will upgrade your existing installation free of charge. Alternatively an upgrade CD will be automatically mailed to you on your pre determined schedule which we manage here. With the change in hands of the Nortel Channel to the Avaya brand many CASH+ Call Accounting resellers are left wondering if our program is compatible with the Avaya suite of phone systems.

Hansen Software Corporation has now officially released a property management call accounting interface over IP. There  are now 3 most commonly used ways to connect call accounting to the property management solution, via cable, write to file or IP Connection. The new IP Connection interface will function as a service as well. This is a step forward away from connection via serial connection should you choose to go that way.
