HSC was founded by Craig Hansen in 1992. Craig was in the call accounting business before starting HSC. He felt his experience and commitment would be better served as an owner rather than an employee. Almost 20 years later this has proven to be a great decision. HSC has its corporate offices in Kelowna, B.C. We have been at the same location for 15 years. Craig Hansen is the only shareholder in the company. We do all of our software development and technical support from our offices. We do not outsource any of our products or services.

We have been approved and are a Nortel Development Partner, Avaya Dev-Connect Partner, Mitel/Inter-Tel endorsed vendor.
