In addition to billing for telephone calls you can also create your own monthly recurring or non recurring (one time charge) charges to apply to a resident or patient bill. You are able to provide a complete bill for any and all charges above and beyond telephone calls. CASH+ also has live call alerts for any telephone number you specify. For example, have a screen pop or email telling you when a guest, resident or tenant has dialled 911 for an emergency. Often inputting non emergency numbers for the fire department and hospital can be useful for these alerts as well. By receiving these alerts your staff can put into motion assistance efforts or procedures that the company may have in place for these types of situations. Also, prank calls are easily identified when 911 calls back your main line, you will be able to confirm where the call was made from and find out yourself if there really is an emergency.
