CASH+ provides the ability for you to create a complete bill for your residents, patients or guests. Add your own surcharges and control the per minute rates charged out or simply match your company rate for recovery only. By adding surcharge, revenues are generated or simple recovered depending on your requirements. Scheduled reports allow you to automate the arrival of the monthly bills to an email address, printer or file. In addition to billing for telephone calls you can also create your own monthly recurring or non recurring (one time charge) charges to apply to a resident or patient bill. You are able to provide a complete bill for any and all charges above and beyond telephone calls.

CASH+ also has live call alerts for any telephone number you specify. For example, have a screen pop or email telling you when a guest, resident or tenant has dialled 911 for an emergency. Often inputting non emergency numbers for the fire department and hospital can be useful for these alerts as well. By receiving these alerts your staff can put into motion assistance efforts or procedures that the company may have in place for these types of situations. Also, prank calls are easily identified when 911 calls back your main line, you will be able to confirm where the call was made from and find out yourself if there really is an emergency.

How Does It Work?
Our CASH+ Call Accounting software also has a raw telephone data collection alert built right into it. This is for instances when unforeseen events interrupt data collection from the phone system. Because this industry type is collecting call data specifically for revenue generation or recovery any amount of down time in the phone system or call accounting systems can result in lost revenue. Receive an email or screen pop up when no data is collected into our CASH+ software for a 24 hour period.
